Within 30 days of any purchase (single or membership orders)
NeuroHydrate will refund you 100% of any unused and unopened product.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
Please Note: All orders received by 3:00PM Eastern Time are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day (Monday-Saturday). We do not ship orders on Sunday. All weekend orders past the cut-off time are sent out the next business day.
RETURNS AND REFUND
We stand behind our research and development and take pride in the quality found in our 100% American made and serviced products. If you changed your mind about an order you may return the unused and unopened product within 30 days of your order. NeuroHydrate members, you may edit, skip pause, change, or cancel your membership at any time either through the Account Manager, by phone or email.
If your shipment arrives damaged we will exchange it immediately for the same product at our cost. Contact the Help Desk and explain the damages made to the product and we will process an exchange at our cost. You may be asked to return the damaged product, also at our cost.
